Shipping Policy

At Mvraki, we pride ourselves in our excellent service and support, which of course includes our free and fully insured shipping policy. This includes worldwide destinations such as the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, China, HK, UAE, and Turkey. USA shipments are sent from New York; EU shipments are delivered from London; China orders arrive from Shanghai, while other locations receive shipments from unspecified sources. The estimated delivery time is generally one to ten days, depending on the destination and the location of the specific item. Shipments can only be delivered to addresses. POB shipments are not possible, as signatures are required upon delivery.

 

Duties and Taxes

Import duties/custom clearance fees are included in the price for deliveries in the USA, UK, China, and HK. While they are not included in deliveries to other countries, we are happy to help our customers find out about the fees in their specific country and region. VAT/sales tax differs from country to country. In the USA, it is not collected by us in most states. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay the taxes. In the UK, the VAT is added to the price at checkout.

 

Returns

We offer free 15-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Hong Kong, China, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

Return requirements

    • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

    • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

    • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

    • For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included or it will be returned back to the sender

    • Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in

All below items are non-returnable:

    • Engraved and monogrammed products

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale items

 

Certification

Most of our items come with a gemological report (usually GIA for diamonds, GRS/Gubelin for Gemstones.) The relevant certification can be found on each product page. If you have any questions regarding the certification, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

 

Custom Orders

In order to make a custom order, payment must be done through a bank transfer or credit card. Refunds for such items do not include 50% of the set cost.

 

Ring Resize

We offer a free ring resizing when possible, depending on the design, the current ring size, and the requested size.

 

Bracelet Resize

Shortening a bracelet is free of charge. Lengthening a bracelet, however, usually requires extra payment due to additional stones or gold that are needed.
